What is gmanedit?

Gmanedit is the GNOME manpages editor.

Linux man pages edit for X written on GTK. It's like most common HTML editors but more easy. You still need to know the manpages format which you can learn from 'man(7)'.

I am socked to find out that this project I iniciated 12 years ago when I was learning my way around a computer is still out there. I even noticed that there have been several downloads this week! If are are planning on downloading it please note this project hasn't been worked on since 2000 but it has been continued by fellow developers until more recent days and renamed to gmanedit2. That's the beaty of open source!
